After Sales Service

At Shivsrushti Surgimed Private Limited, we operate as an authorized pharmaceutical and surgical products distributor. Our after-sales support is structured in alignment with manufacturer policies and regulatory guidelines.

1. Documentation Support

We provide proper GST invoices, batch details as per supplied stock, and statutory documents applicable at the time of supply.

Note: Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided only when made available by the respective manufacturer.

2. Product Authenticity Assurance

All products supplied are sourced through authorized manufacturer channels and maintained under appropriate storage conditions as per regulatory norms.

3. Transit Damage Reporting

In case of transit damage, discrepancies, or shortage, the customer must inform within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic and written documentation for necessary coordination.

4. Manufacturer Policy-Based Resolution

Any product-related issue is handled strictly as per the respective manufacturer’s policy and applicable pharmaceutical trade regulations.

5. No Replacement / No Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and injectable products, goods once sold are not eligible for return or replacement unless explicitly covered under manufacturer-approved conditions.

6. Expiry & Stock Responsibility

Products are supplied with standard trade validity at the time of dispatch. Post-delivery stock management remains the responsibility of the purchasing party.
